as a medium in its own right. The purpose of the group is to provide mutual support for hand papermakers
through the exchange of ideas and information, discussion and demonstrations
To promote the craft to a wider audience by a regular program of exhibitions and workshops,
and to encourage a greater appreciation of the complex processes involved in the
production of quality handmade papers, from a diversity of fibres

Three Exciting Paper Finishes
At our first meeting for the year we will be taught a variety of
paper finishes by three of our members.
Please bring the following:
textured paper
absorbent paper
a large jar if you have one
an old rag
some newspaper to work on and to take home any wet work
